Welcome to the life of Hermana Imbler.. today I got on a computer that didn´t work... again... and had to wait about 50 minutes just to start writing.. and now we will be finishing in 10 minutes.. Oh well computer time isn´t everything.. Today are transfers and I am trying my hardest to wait patiently to know if I will be staying here or if I´ll be heading to a new area because Hna Inca and I have now been together for two transfers and a half but... whatever the Lord has prepared for me I´m ready!! So just a quick recap...
Jhony and Karina got baptized yesterday!!!! In the morning before church we had a small baptismal service and everything went smoothly. Then they were confirmed in sacrament meeting and welcomed into the ward! We were literally so excited, Hna Inca and I hugged for a long time, our first family!! (I´ve attached two pictures.. one of the baptism and one of the wedding.. more to come.. when I have more than only 15 minutes). Teaching and preparing them this last week was a little harder, but really everything paid off! I know they are going to be such a great family in the church.. now we only have to keep strengthening them!

This week we weren´t able to get in contact with Juan.. He was sick last week and headed to Lima for a couple days.. but it looks like he has yet to return.. we are pretty sad because we love him a lot and he was progressing really well.. we´ll keep praying to find him. We found a new investigator Oswaldo who is also an older man (we are teaching three the same age of around 65 years old..) He didn´t want to go to church on Sunday because he is afraid if he leaves someone might rob him because his house isn´t secure.. we´ll be working with him on that one.

On Thursday I had a work visit from one of the sister training leaders and we had a really great time.. I learned a lot from her (even though she has less time in the mission) I realized that we can learn so much from being with other missionaries. We were able to have a really cool lesson in the street about faith. Something that she told the investigators really hit me.. So I thought I would share... A seed when it starts to grow starts growing up or down first? Down.. first it needs roots.. and then with time we will see the fruits it brings.. The same is with our faith.. we need to cultivate it.. at first we might not see the results, but with time we will see the grand fruits that come from our faith.

That´s all folks! Hope you are all doing well and know that I pray for you every day!! Thanks for all the support you give me!!
